You get an email confirming we have it. Our team checks the dates with the venue, prices the job and sends you a proforma. Once you accept and pay, we confirm the booking, hold the dates and brief the venue so they can prepare. We follow up again 24 hours before your event.
Cancellations over 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling is free and subject to availability. Contact us and we'll handle it.
